Role Overview

At Pradako Mechanical & Engineering Works, our commitment to quality extends beyond production—to how we pack and deliver our products. We are seeking skilled and responsible individuals to manage packing and dispatch of precision fasteners for both domestic and export customers.

Key Responsibilities

Packing Operations

• Follow packing specifications for domestic and export shipments (poly bags, corrugated boxes, HDPE drums, pallets, wooden cases, etc.).
• Perform quantity verification, labeling, barcoding, and final quality checks before packing.
• Ensure use of correct packing materials for rust prevention, handling safety, and compliance with customer norms.

Dispatch & Logistics

• Coordinate with logistics partners for pick-up and delivery as per schedule (by road, air, or sea).
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents including delivery challans, packing lists, invoices, and E-way bills.
• Assist in container loading and supervision for export orders, ensuring weight distribution and box orientation are correct.

Inventory & Coordination

• Maintain accurate stock levels of finished goods ready for dispatch.
• Coordinate with production, store, and planning teams for timely packing readiness and material movement.
• Update ERP/dispatch logs daily and assist in MIS preparation.
